Ulqin / Ulcinj Science and Innovation Center was established in Ulqin / Ulcinj, Montenegro, through the collaboration of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), Ulcinj Municipality, the T3 Foundation, and XL Labs. The center aims to bring science, technology, and art to wider audiences, increase children’s and young people’s interest in these fields, and strengthen their connection with science.

Established in Montenegro, the Center holds the distinction of being the second Bilim Türkiye Workshop implemented under the Single Workshop Concept, following Azerbaijan.
