Science and Innovation Center Ulqin – Ulcinj was established in Ulqin/Montenegro through the collaboration of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), Ulqin Municipality, Türkiye Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), and XL Labs with the aim of bringing science, technology, and art to wider audiences, increasing children's and young people's interest in these fields, and strengthening their connection with science.
