Bilim Bishkek is the science center where Science Turkey Education Programs implemented by the T3 Foundation, TIKA (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency), Kyrgyzpatent, Balasagunlu Yusuf Kirgiz National University are implemented.

Bilim Bishkek has 5 different science workshop themes where the 6-14 age group receives education and an Experimental Technology Workshop where long-term education is applied for middle school and high school groups.
