Bilim Türkiye was at TEKNOFEST İstanbul!

At TEKNOFEST Istanbul, where we aim to provide science communication and increase interest in the fields of science, technology, and art by carrying them to large masses, we, as Bilim Türkiye, organized activities for people of all ages at the T3 Foundation Stand, Science Lane, Virtual Reality Tunnel and Planetarium throughout the festival.

Science Lane

Our children who had the opportunity to explore scientific concepts by examining various experimental setups on Science Street and got to learn about 12 scientists on the Scientists Board, and obtained information about their works and studies; learned, observed the fields of science, technology, and design, and had fun to the full during the festival. 66.249 children were reached throughout TEKNOFEST Istanbul.

T3 Foundation Stand Science Workshops

In the 15 different science workshops at the T3 Foundation Stand, workshops were held suitable for the ages of 6-9 and 10-14, with 80 different content, in 7 different themes in the fields of science, technology, and art. 6.690 children were trained at the T3 Foundation Stand Science Workshops with these trainings.

Virtual Reality Tunnel

While we were giving the experience of looking at Turkiye and the World from space with the Virtual Reality Tunnel, we continued to sustain the pleasure of traveling in space with virtual reality glasses at TEKNOFEST. The Virtual Reality Tunnel, which attracted intense attention from participants, hosted 12.961 people throughout the festival.

Throughout 2023 TEKNOFEST Istanbul, a total of 85.630 people were reached with Science Street, T3 Foundation Stand Bilim Türkiye Workshops, Virtual Reality Tunnel, and Planetarium.
