Applications Open for the 2026 Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Scholarship Program!
Applications for the 2026 term of the Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Scholarship Program, launched to support young people’s educational journeys and to cultivate generations that will contribute to Turkey’s National Technology Initiative, have begun.
The program, implemented by the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation), will provide scholarships to 5,000 students this year.
In 2026, the Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Scholarship Program will be offered in six categories: the “Rising Star Scholarship Program,” the “Educational Support Scholarship Program,” the “Instructor Mentor Scholarship Program,” the “You Are the Future Scholarship Program,” the “T3 AI Undergraduate Researcher Scholarship Program,” and the “Ethical Communication Program.” Each category targets different age groups and disciplines, aiming to support young people’s academic development, reinforce their social responsibility awareness, and strengthen their interest in technology.
The Instructor Mentor Scholarship Program, which encourages young people to take on educational roles and guide their peers, will provide monthly scholarships of 6,000 TRY for 12 months to 1,100 students from faculties such as Basic Sciences, Engineering, Guidance and Psychological Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, and Education. Meanwhile, the You Are the Future Scholarship Program, which encourages university students to participate in social impact projects, will provide 6,000 TRY per month for 10 months.
The T3 AI Undergraduate Researcher Scholarship Program, focused on artificial intelligence and large language models, will support students with a monthly scholarship of 7,000 TRY for 6 months, contributing to the development of innovative projects in the technology field. Additionally, the Ethical Communication Program, which focuses on creative media work, scriptwriting, editing, writing, and presentation skills, will provide scholarships of 6,000 TRY per month for 10 months to undergraduate and graduate students.
Through the Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Scholarship Program, implemented by the T3 Foundation, young people’s academic success and sense of social responsibility are strengthened, while opportunities are opened for them to take an active role in Turkey’s technological journey.
